  • 1. What we do with your data

    1.1 When you enquiry with Every Day Christian Marketing or make a purchase, as part of the buying and selling process, we will collect the personal information that you provide to us. This will include your name, address and email address. We do not store credit/debit card details - These are used by gateway providers strictly for transactional purposes only.


    1.2 When you use our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information which helps us to learn about your browser and operating system. ( See section 9 - Cookies Management)


    1.3 Email campaign marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our services, new products and other updates.

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, then we take this as implied consent to our collecting it and using it for that reason only. Should we ask for your personal information for another reason, such as marketing, then we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.     We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or should you violate our Terms of Service.

    Our services are hosted on professional industry business servers. These also provide us with online e-commerce facilities which allow us to sell our products or services to you. Your information is collected and through server encrypted data storage, databases and general secured applications. They store your data on a secure server behind what is known as a firewall We reserve the right at any time to discontinue or modify our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time . We shall not be liable to you, or to any 3rd party for any modification, service or product price change, suspension or discontinuance of these. Should you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the transaction commerce provider stores your credit card data to enable the transaction. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once it is complete, then your purchase transaction card information is deleted. Please be advised that we do not store your card information. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as required by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of your credit card information by our store and its service providers.     Certain 3rd party service providers, (payment gateways ) and other payment transaction processors, have their own individual privacy policies with respect to the data we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For information and clarity your credit/debit card information is not stored or transferred.
